About Dr. Ujwal Patel, MD
Dr. Patel is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician trained at the University of Medicine and Health Sciences (St. Kitts) with residency at MercyOne in Des Moines. He founded Raya Whole Health on a simple belief: that primary care should treat people, not just symptoms — and that patients deserve a doctor who actually knows their name.
